Weldershelper Delivery & Return Policy
DO NOT ship back any items without first contacting us to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA number). To request an RGA number, please contact us at email@example.com. We will not process any returns that are shipped back to us without an RGA number.
We ONLY accept returns with an RGA number and only on unused, unopened items in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
All returned items are subject to inspection and returns may be denied. If we accept a return it may be subject to a restocking charge of 25% to 90%
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note, shipping charges are not refundable. Costs of shipping a return item back to weldershelper is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
Please note, shipping charges on items sent back to weldershelper.com must be paid for by the customer. Costs of shipping a replacement item from weldershelper to the customer also will be the responsibility of the customer.
2a. What if my machine is defective?
You may contact us about a machine defect within the manufacturer’s warranty period. Email email@example.com for assistance on getting a machine repaired under the manufacturer’s factory warranty policy at an authorized service facility. The customer is responsible for the transport of the machine to and from the service facility.
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: any used or opened item.
To return the item you purchased, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
