Unlock superior welding performance with the Miller Millermatic 355 MIG Welder Package, complete with the innovative EZ-Latch Running Gear. This all-in-one welding solution is designed to make professional-grade welding accessible and efficient. Whether you are welding mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, the Millermatic 355 provides the technology to get the job done right the first time. The package includes everything you need to get started, including a 15-foot Bernard BTB MIG gun, work cable, regulator, and the highly portable EZ-Latch cart.
At the heart of the Millermatic 355 is a user-friendly 7-inch color LCD screen that takes the guesswork out of machine setup. The Auto-Set Elite feature is a game-changer, allowing you to simply select your wire type, gas, and material thickness, and the machine automatically sets the optimal parameters. This ensures that even operators with less experience can produce high-quality welds. For seasoned pros, the manual mode offers full control, and the Electronic Parameter Chart provides a clear visual guide. You can even save your custom settings using the Program Mode for instant recall on repeat jobs.
Take your welding to the next level with built-in Pulsed MIG capabilities. This feature is essential for welding aluminum and stainless steel, as it pulses the current to control heat input. The result is a cleaner weld with less burn-through on thin stock and virtually no spatter to clean up afterward. It allows you to perform applications that standard MIG welders simply cannot handle efficiently. Combined with the machine's ability to weld up to 1/2-inch material in a single pass, you have a versatile workhorse for any shop.
The Millermatic 355 is built for the real world. The EZ-Latch Running Gear isn't just a cart; it's a mobility system. You can easily detach the welder from the cart to lift it into a truck or carry it to a workspace where wheels won't go. The machine itself weighs only 99 lbs, making it significantly lighter than previous models like the Millermatic 350P. Additionally, the Trigger Program Select allows you to switch between weld settings by simply tapping the gun trigger, keeping you focused on the weld and not the machine.

Good stuff
If I spend 10 grand at miller I expect my cart to come assembled. Also make the autoset button turn on and off the autoset rather that just the pulse button. That took me awhile to figure out how to get it back to manual mode
4 out of 5
I run an aluminum shop we have been using Miller welders for 30 years. Back in the 90s they were practically bullet proof. Now they burn up circuit boards a little too often. The feeders got better. And the handle control wires being stainless now makes them harder to break, but also harder to solder (you have to braid some copper wire into the two ends, then solder). I like to use disposable plastic conduit more than the shark skin, it's lighter, glides easy and pulls on the wires less if you run around a lot so my wires break less.
Fourth purchase and counting!
This is our fourth purchase of the Millermatic 355. We have 6 welding stations with both Miller MIG and TIG machines. These machines get used continuously 10 hours a day 5-6 days a week. Our welders are impressed with the adjustability and consistency. Zero complaints so far. I will be purchasing more of these machines in the future!
Like the miller products, easy to setup and set controls
Just set up for aluminum connected a PYTHON gun from older unit. Works perfect NEED to design a bracket on the carts to roll up gun and plug wire.
What an absolute piece of garbage.
Does ok on the lower settings, but runs like sĥïŧ on anything over ¼". Horrible spatter, inconsistent puddle and feed. Constant problems with the tip and cup. Changing back to the 252. Just buy a lincoln.

I would but this product again.
We purchased this machine to use in our weld fab shop, works great.
I am not sure of buying it anymore
I still don't understand who approved this millermatic 355 upgrade, it coils up welding wires, it should have only 1 push rollers and not double which is putting so much pressure on the wires causing it to consistently coil up, 350P is the best machine you ever made. I order 3-4 machines every year and this is the worst of it all.

NOT SURE I WOULD BUY AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS
DO NOT LIKE THE WAY THE TANK ON THE REAR SETS
I would defiantly buy again!
Great little welder! Really like being able to use on single or 3 phase in our shop.
So far so good
We're an old school job shop. There are a lot of bells and whistles on it, and a lot of plastic. It does weld very nice so far.
