Meet the welder that works as hard as you do: the Miller Trailblazer 330 EFI. This isn't just an upgrade; it's a complete reimagining of what a mobile welder/generator can be. Miller has packed legendary arc performance into a machine that is lighter, quieter, and more fuel-efficient than ever before. Whether you are repairing heavy equipment in the field, fabricating structural steel, or running a service truck, the Trailblazer 330 is designed to keep your operation profitable and your downtime to a minimum.
Stop burning money on fuel just to run a grinder. With Miller's exclusive Excel Power, you get 2,400 watts of clean, 120V power right at idle speed. You can run your power tools and lights without the engine screaming at 3,600 RPM, creating a quieter, more pleasant work environment while sipping gas. And with the Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) Kohler engine, you get reliable starts in any weather and optimal fuel efficiency, meaning fewer trips to the pump and more time on the job.
Dead battery on the excavator? Truck won't start in the cold? The Trailblazer 330 has you covered. This model comes with a built-in Battery Charger and Crank Assist capable of delivering 300 amps of jumping power for 12V and 24V systems. It’s like having a dedicated shop charger built right into your welder, ensuring that a dead battery never stops your crew from working.
Time spent walking back to your truck to adjust voltage is time lost. With ArcReach technology, you can change your weld settings directly from your wire feeder or remote, hundreds of feet away from the truck. The machine communicates through the weld leads, eliminating fragile control cables and saving you countless trips back and forth. Combined with the smoothest, most stable arc in the industry—featuring Dynamic DIG for Stick and QuietPulse for TIG—the Trailblazer 330 makes it easier than ever to lay down perfect welds, every single time.

Good Welder
Working as expected to build fencing and misc. repairs.
Poor representation
Didn't get my cover and 1k rebate. Thanks
Amazing machine !
Wouldn't ask for any better for a gas powered machine
I would purchase miller products any time.
Very satisfied with machine.
I world but this again
Great product. Works awesome with spool gun
Yes
It welds like a dream
Bang not worth the buck. Biggest disappointment!
The machine runs great when it runs. The machine has not ran longer than 2 hrs since I've purchased it and now has a total of 40. I bought a brand new machine to get away from problems but it has been nothing but an inconvenience since the day of purchase. I haven't had time to take it to a service center and when I called miller directly the service tech was a bit of a donkey. I don't recommend purchasing this machine as everyone I've spoke with have experienced similar problems. I have been a miller man for years but after this purchase and experience I have been leaning in a red direction.

Poor fuel pumps…. Great welder
Machine welds great and has awesome features. I won't by another with a kohler engine though. Troublesome fuel pumps that cost a lot. Miller needs to find a more reliable engine option for their gas machines. I will be switching to a diesel in the future.
Absolutely recommend
Great machine
