The Victor 0384-2544 Medalist 250 Propane Outfit is a comprehensive medium-duty cutting and heating solution tailored for alternative fuel gases. This system integrates Victor's industrial-grade components to deliver consistent performance in a versatile package. It is specifically configured with CGA 510 and CGA 540 connections for Propane/LP and Oxygen service.

Advanced Torch Technology

The included WH411C Torch Handle represents a significant upgrade in durability and ergonomics. Manufactured from a proprietary high-strength alloy, it provides superior resistance to impact and wear compared to standard brass handles. The handle features a redesigned inlet nut for better grip during hand tightening and includes built-in check valves to enhance operational safety. Paired with the CA411-3 Cutting Attachment, the torch offers a stable, pre-heat flame and precise cutting control.

Precision Regulation

Gas control is managed by the G250 Series Regulators (G250-150-540 for Oxygen and G250-60-510 for Fuel). These single-stage regulators are built for longevity and ease of use, featuring color-coded knobs that correspond to the torch controls for seamless operation. The high-contrast gauge faces provide clear pressure readings, ensuring accurate settings for optimal flame characteristics.

System Capabilities

This outfit is rated to cut 1/2-inch (12.7 mm) plate with the supplied 1-3-GPN tip and can be scaled up to cut 5-inch (127 mm) material with optional tips. It also includes a 6-MFN heating nozzle for pre-heating and bending applications. Please note that this specific propane configuration is not designed for welding applications. The kit comes complete with a 25-foot Grade T hose, striker, and soft-sided goggles, providing everything needed to get started immediately.
