OVERVIEW

Reliable Replacement Gauge for Your Welding Regulator

Is your regulator gauge cracked, stuck, or just impossible to read through the scratched lens? The Techniweld C100 0-100 PSI gauge is the perfect replacement to get your equipment back in top shape. Designed to fit standard welding regulators, this compact 1-1/2 inch gauge features a 1/8" NPT bottom mount thread that screws directly into most regulator bodies without the need for adapters. It is an ideal solution for replacing broken delivery gauges on acetylene regulators or other low-pressure gas setups.

Clear and Accurate Readings
Stop guessing your pressure settings. This gauge features a crisp, white face with bold black markings that make it easy to dial in the exact pressure you need. The 0-100 PSI scale gives you plenty of range for most delivery applications, ensuring you aren't red-lining the needle during normal operation. Proper pressure monitoring is key to safety in the shop, and a functioning gauge is your first line of defense against equipment malfunction.

Built for the Shop
Welding environments are tough on gear. That's why this gauge is built with a durable case and a shatter-resistant lens. It stands up to the heat, sparks, and knocks of a busy garage or fabrication shop. Installation is simple: just use a wrench on the brass stem (never twist the case!) and apply a little Teflon tape or thread sealant to the 1/8" NPT threads for a leak-proof fit. Don't let a $10 broken part stop you from working—keep a spare C100 in your toolbox.

Why Choose This Gauge?

  • Universal Fit: Fits almost any regulator taking a 1/8" NPT bottom mount gauge.
  • Easy to Read: High contrast dial helps you avoid setting errors.
  • Compact Design: 1.5" size doesn't get in the way of your hoses or adjustment knobs.
  • Safety First: Ensure your output pressure is exactly where it needs to be.

FAQ

This gauge has a 1/8 inch NPT (National Pipe Taper) thread, which is the standard size for most small welding regulators.

While the pressure range is 0-100 PSI, oxygen service requires equipment to be 'cleaned for oxygen service' to prevent combustion. Unless explicitly stated on the packaging as O2 clean, it is safer to use specific oxygen gauges. However, 100 PSI is typically too low for oxygen cylinder pressure (which is 2000+ PSI) but may fit the delivery side.

No, the C100 is a dry gauge. It does not contain glycerin or silicone filling.

Wrap the threads with Teflon tape or apply thread sealant (compatible with your gas). Screw the gauge into the port by hand, then tighten with a wrench using the brass square stem at the bottom. Do not tighten by gripping the round case.

It will fit if your regulator uses a 1/8" NPT port for the gauge. Most smaller and medium-duty regulators use this size, but some heavy-duty ones might use 1/4" NPT. Check your existing gauge stem size to be sure.

Bottom mount means the threaded connection comes out of the bottom of the gauge circle (at the 6 o'clock position), as opposed to the back (center back mount).

The dial face diameter is 1-1/2 inches (1.5").

Yes, as long as the water pressure does not exceed 100 PSI and the brass internals are compatible with the fluid, it can be used for water.
