This tip is rated as Size 0, which is optimized for a gouging depth or material influence of approximately 3/8 inch (10mm). It is compatible with standard Victor torch handles, including the 300 Series (such as the 315FC with CA2470-90 attachment) and the 100 Series (such as the 100FC with CA1350-90 attachment), as well as J-series handles like the J-40 and J28 when paired with the appropriate cutting attachments.

Operational Parameters
To achieve optimal performance and prevent backfires, it is critical to adhere to the recommended pressure settings. For the Size 0 tip, the recommended Cutting Oxygen pressure is between 25 and 35 PSIG. Preheat Oxygen should be set between 3 and 6 PSIG, and Acetylene fuel pressure should be maintained between 3 and 5 PSIG. The tip is designed to operate at travel speeds of approximately 20 to 28 inches per minute, depending on the depth of the gouge required and the operator's technique.
