Take your welding projects to the next level with the Lincoln Electric POWER MIG 140 MP TIG One-Pak. Whether you are fixing farm equipment, restoring a classic car, or building custom metal art in your garage, this machine is built to handle it all. As a true multi-process welder, it gives you the freedom to switch between MIG, Stick, Flux-Cored, and TIG welding without needing multiple expensive machines taking up space in your shop. Best of all, it plugs right into your standard 120V household outlet, so you can get to work immediately without hiring an electrician.

Everything You Need in One Box

The "One-Pak" designation means Lincoln has done the heavy lifting for you. This kit comes fully loaded with everything you need to start welding. In addition to the standard MIG gun and cables, you get a high-quality TIG torch and a foot pedal for precise heat control. This is a huge value for welders who want to learn or practice TIG welding on steel or stainless steel without hunting down compatible aftermarket parts. The simple controls make it easy for beginners to learn, while the arc quality satisfies experienced welders.

Lightweight Powerhouse

Don't let the size fool you. This welder packs a punch with up to 140 amps of welding power. It is designed to be lightweight and portable, weighing in at just under 35 lbs. Grab the handle and take it to the driveway, the backyard, or a friend's shop with ease. The rugged drive roll system ensures your wire feeds smoothly every time, reducing frustration and bird-nesting. If you need to weld aluminum, simply add the optional spool gun (sold separately) and you are ready to go.

FAQ

Yes, it can MIG weld aluminum if you purchase the optional Magnum® PRO 100SG Spool Gun. However, it cannot TIG weld aluminum because it is a DC-only machine; TIG welding aluminum requires AC output.

The machine operates on standard 120V (115V) single-phase household power. It requires a 20 Amp breaker for optimal performance at higher output settings.

The TIG One-Pak (K4499-1) adds the PTA-9 TIG Torch (12.5 ft) and the K4361-1 Foot Pedal, allowing you to perform DC TIG welding right out of the box.

The rated duty cycle is 60% at 95 Amps and 18.75 Volts. This means you can weld continuously for 6 minutes out of a 10-minute period at this setting before the machine needs to cool down.

Yes, the machine is capable of Flux-Cored (FCAW) welding. It comes with a gasless nozzle and a sample spool of Innershield® NR®-211-MP wire specifically for this process.

The POWER MIG 140 MP can weld up to 3/16 inch (4.8 mm) steel in a single pass using MIG or Flux-Cored processes. Thicker materials may be welded using multiple passes or proper joint preparation.

Yes, it includes a Harris® Gas Regulator and a 52-inch hose designed for use with Argon/CO2 blend gases. If you plan to use 100% CO2, a separate adapter (S19298) is required.

While not strictly required to strike an arc (if using lift arc or scratch start techniques supported by the torch valve), the included foot pedal provides remote amperage control, which is highly recommended for controlling heat input and puddle fluidity.
