The switching time is rapid, protecting the user from arc flash instantly, while the adjustable delay (0.1s to 1.0s) prevents eye fatigue from the glowing weld bead after the arc extinguishes.

Advanced Interface and Control

Unlike standard ADFs, this unit utilizes a backlit LED color touch screen. This digital interface eliminates mechanical potentiometers that can wear out or become clogged with dust. The screen displays current settings clearly, even in low-light shop environments. The dedicated grind mode can be activated externally on the helmet shell, but the internal processing for this function is handled by this advanced cartridge, which seamlessly toggles between welding and clear states.

Sensor Technology and Power
