Nothing ruins a good weld bead faster than a stuttering wire feeder. If you are experiencing slipping wire or inconsistent feeding, it might be time to check your drive rolls. The Tweco 10-6151 is a replacement V-Groove drive roll designed to get your machine back to feeding like new. It is built for running solid wires—like your standard ER70S-6 or stainless steel MIG wire—providing the grip needed to push wire through the torch cable without flattening it out.

This roll is a "two-in-one" solution. It features two different grooves: one for .035" wire and one for .045" wire. If you swap between these sizes often for different thickness materials, you don't need to hunt for a different roller; just take this one off, flip it around, and you are ready to weld.
