This trailer features a specially designed low sway suspension system that significantly reduces trailer sway, providing outstanding stability at towing speeds. This suspension design also results in a manageable tongue weight, making it easier to hitch the trailer to a vehicle and reducing the strain on the towing vehicle's suspension.

Durability is woven into every aspect of the K2637-2's design. The frame is constructed from heavy-gauge .120-inch welded rectangular steel tubing, offering high torsional rigidity. This stiffness is critical for protecting the welder from excessive twisting forces during transport over uneven terrain. The wheel bearings are another critical maintenance point on any trailer; Lincoln Electric addresses this by packing the bearings with high-viscosity, high-pressure, low-washout Lubriplate® grease. This premium lubrication ensures long-lasting bearing performance and reduces the frequency of maintenance intervals, keeping your equipment on the road and out of the shop.

The trailer's overall width of 60 inches provides a wide stance for added resistance to tipping, while still being narrow enough to navigate through standard gates and tight job sites. The inclusion of the Duo-Hitch® (2-inch Ball / Lunette Eye combination) allows for seamless integration with various service trucks and pickups. For welders requiring additional storage, the trailer is compatible with an optional Cable Rack (K2640-1), which can hold approximately 100 feet of 2/0 welding cable per side, keeping your leads organized and ready for deployment.
