Powerful Pneumatic Reaming
At the heart of the K2391-1 is a powerful pneumatic motor that drives the reaming blade. Unlike some electric units that might stall on heavy spatter, the pneumatic drive delivers the torque needed to shear away stubborn adherence from the nozzle bore and the gas diffuser face. The reaming cycle is fast and concentric, ensuring the nozzle is cleaned thoroughly without damaging the brass or copper components. Note that specific reamer blades are selected based on your nozzle bore diameter to ensure a perfect fit.

Precision Wire Clipping
In robotic welding, the Tool Center Point (TCP) is everything. If your wire stick-out varies, your arc starts vary, and your seam tracking can drift. The Power Ream features a heavy-duty wire clipper that snips the ball off the end of the wire and sets the stick-out to a precise length. This ensures that when the robot goes to strike the next arc, the electrical characteristics are predictable, and the ignition is crisp. Integrated Anti-Spatter Spray
After cleaning and clipping, the unit injects a measured mist of anti-spatter fluid into the nozzle. The spray system is integrated directly into the unit, keeping the footprint compact and reducing the need for external plumbing.
