This tactile seam tracking system acts as your steady hand, physically tracing the joint with a durable probe tip and automatically adjusting the torch position in real-time. The result is a consistent weld bead, deeper penetration assurance, and significantly less rework caused by wandering arcs.

This "One-Pak" kit comes with everything you need to get up and running. It features the rugged CS40 Cross Slide, which gives you 3 inches of travel in both vertical and horizontal directions—plenty of room to compensate for part fit-up issues or thermal distortion. The system is rated to hold up to 40 lbs, meaning it can easily handle heavy Submerged Arc guns or dual-wire setups. You also get the Standard Control box and a handheld pendant, allowing you to make adjustments from a safe distance while the arc is on. The controls are designed to be user-friendly, so you don't need to be a computer programmer to set it up; simply align the sensor, set your parameters, and let the system do the tracking.
