This conduit is rated for wire diameters ranging from .035 inches to 1/16 inches (0.9 mm - 1.6 mm). Its internal composition is optimized to reduce the coefficient of friction, a necessary feature when feeding soft aluminum grades like 4043 or 5356 which are prone to micro-shaving and bird-nesting if subjected to excessive drag.
