The VTS-116 features a unique threadless base that simply drops into the gas diffuser and is locked in place by the nozzle, eliminating the risk of cross-threading or seizing caused by thermal cycling.

Velocity contact tips are manufactured from high-grade copper with tight tolerance bores to ensure optimal electrical pickup.
