This 300 Amp air-cooled MIG gun is engineered for professional welders requiring a robust replacement torch for their Miller equipment. The CM315-35-45 combines the industry-standard front-end geometry of a Tweco #3 style gun with a direct-connect Miller plug. This hybrid configuration allows operators to utilize their existing Miller power sources while benefiting from the widespread availability and cost-efficiency of Tweco-style front-end parts.
Rated at 300 Amps at 60% duty cycle (with CO2), this gun is built to handle sustained welding operations. The 15-foot coaxial cable assembly is designed for optimal conductivity and gas flow, ensuring a stable arc and consistent shielding gas coverage. The liner supplied is suitable for steel wires ranging from .035" to .045" diameter. For aluminum applications, the liner can be easily swapped for a polymer or Teflon alternative.
