The 145-0080 is a conical gas nozzle engineered for compatibility with Binzel® MB15 style air-cooled MIG welding guns. Rated for use with torches up to 150 Amps, this component is critical for shielding gas management and thermal regulation at the front end of the welding torch. The nozzle is constructed from copper alloy, selected for its superior thermal conductivity, which helps prevent overheating during extended duty cycles typical of light industrial applications.
This specific nozzle features a 1/2-inch (12.7mm) exit bore. This bore size strikes an optimal balance between gas coverage and accessibility, allowing the welder to maneuver into tighter joints while maintaining an adequate gas envelope.
