The nozzle features a 5/8-inch (15.9 mm) bore orifice, which provides a broad umbrella of shielding gas to protect the molten weld pool from atmospheric contamination. This bore size is ideal for spray transfer and higher amperage short-circuit welding where gas flow rates are critical. The nozzle geometry is designed for a Flush contact tip relationship. A flush nozzle allows the welder to maintain a consistent contact-tip-to-work distance (CTWD) while keeping the nozzle close enough to the work surface for effective shielding, reducing the risk of porosity.

Designed as a direct replacement for Tweco WeldSkill MIG guns, this nozzle utilizes a slip-on connection mechanism.
