The Tweco MS250 (Part #1023-1102) is an air-cooled MIG gun engineered for high-duty cycle performance in the 250-amp class. It features a rated output of 250 Amps at 80% duty cycle when using CO2 shielding gas, or roughly 200 Amps with mixed gases, making it an excellent choice for pulsed MIG and spray transfer applications within its range. The 15-foot cable assembly provides adequate reach for working around large fixtures without compromising wire feedability.

Technically, the Spray Master series distinguishes itself with its simplified contact tip and diffuser arrangement. It utilizes the 11-Series contact tips and 52-Series gas diffusers, which thread securely into the heavy-duty conductor tube. The conductor tube itself is metal-jacketed and insulated, featuring a standard 60-degree bend for optimal torch angle access. The nozzle assembly is the 22-Series, available in various bore sizes and recess configurations (flush, recessed, or sticking out) to suit specific arc characteristics.

The cable assembly is constructed with high-quality copper stranding for efficient current transfer and is encased in a durable outer jacket that resists cuts and abrasion.
