The ESAB 21667 Swirl Baffle is the unsung hero of your torch setup. It sits inside the torch head and spins the air into a tight cyclone around your electrode. This specific baffle features a "4 x .050" design, meaning it has four precisely sized holes that regulate the air pressure and speed perfectly for the PT-25 model.
