If you own a Miller Syncrowave 210, you already know it's a fantastic machine for precision TIG work. But sometimes, you just need to lay down a bead faster, or you have a quick aluminum repair that doesn't require the stack-of-dimes perfection of TIG. That is where the Miller 301254 MIG Accessory Kit comes into play. This simple yet essential kit unlocks the hidden potential of your Syncrowave, allowing you to hook up a Spoolmate 100 spool gun and start MIG welding right from your existing power source.

What is in the box? The kit provides the physical connections you need to make the switch. It includes a heavy-duty Dinse 50mm connector that plugs into your machine's output, giving you a solid connection for the welding current. More importantly, it includes the 4-pin to 14-pin adapter cable. Since the Spoolmate 100 uses a 4-pin trigger plug and the Syncrowave uses a standard 14-pin remote socket, this adapter bridges the gap, letting your gun talk to the welder. Once connected, you can run wire for aluminum, stainless, or mild steel depending on your wire and gas setup.

Important Fitment Check: Before you buy, go look at the back of your welder. This kit only works with Syncrowave 210 machines that have a serial number of ME390001L or newer (manufactured after Sept 2014). If your machine is older than that, the internal software won't recognize the spool gun. If you are in the clear, this is the most cost-effective way to add MIG capability to your shop without taking up floor space with a second machine.
