Standard collet bodies often produce a turbulent gas stream that can pull atmospheric air into the weld zone, leading to porosity and oxidation. The 45V0204 utilizes a sophisticated mesh screen filter that acts as a gas diffuser. This design reorganizes the shielding gas into a laminar flow pattern.
