This nozzle features a #6 size bore (3/8 inch), which provides a focused yet adequate stream of shielding gas (typically Argon) to the weld pool. It is compatible with the industry-standard 17, 18, and 26 series TIG torches, including the popular WP-17 air-cooled and WP-20 water-cooled models (when equipped with the appropriate large gas lens collet body). The "Large Gas Lens" designation means this cup is wider at the base to accommodate the larger screens found in high-performance gas lenses, which are essential for maintaining laminar flow over longer stick-outs.
