The I-Purge X utilizes two inflatable bladders connected by a flexible, high-heat bridge harness, creating a sealed, airtight chamber directly across the weld joint. This isolation is crucial for TIG welding stainless steel, duplex, and chrome-moly pipes, where even trace amounts of oxygen can cause "sugaring" or coking, leading to weld rejection.

The technical superiority of the I-Purge X lies in its intelligent flow management. The system features a proprietary relief valve that continuously monitors the pressure inside the bladders.
