Powerful Performance

Designed for professional industrial setups, this unit runs on a 575V, 3-phase, 60Hz power supply. The heart of the system is a 3.0 HP motor coupled with a belt-drive blower, delivering the high CFM required to turn over the air in large bays effectively. Unlike smaller units, the Filterhawk is built with a 14-gauge frame and heavy 3/16" steel panels, ensuring it can handle the tough conditions of a metalworking shop without rattling or failing prematurely.

Efficient Filtration System

The AM4500T doesn't just move air; it cleans it thoroughly. The intake pulls dirty air through a set of pleated prefilters first, which catch the heavy grit and grinding sparks. The air then passes through dual 95% bag filters (80 sq. ft. each), which trap the fine, dangerous particulates found in welding fumes. To ensure you get the most out of your filters, the unit includes a magnehelic gauge that tells you exactly when the filters are loaded and need changing—no guessing required.

Easy Installation and Operation

This unit is designed to be hung out of the way, maximizing your floor space for production. It comes standard with (5) ceiling mount eye bolts for easy suspension. The 4-way exhaust louvre allows you to direct the clean air output to push smoke away from breathing zones and towards the intake, creating a continuous cleaning cycle. Note that this unit requires hardwiring to a junction box; a motor starter and disconnect are not included, allowing your electrician to install the controls that best suit your shop's layout.
