The AC frequency control (20–400 Hz) allows you to narrow the arc cone for better directional control and penetration, while the triangular wave setting reduces heat input on thinner sections. For DC TIG applications, the high-speed pulse controls (up to 5000 PPS) add arc stability and increase travel speeds, reducing heat input and warpage on exotic materials.
