Thanks to exclusive ZoneFlow™ technology, this machine creates a massive capture zone that pulls smoke and fumes away from your breathing zone from up to five feet away. This means you can weld longer seams, move around large parts, and focus on your bead profile rather than stopping every few minutes to drag the hood closer.

The Capture 5 doesn't just move air; it scrubs it clean. It comes equipped with a high-performance FilTek® XL filter rated at MERV 15, which is tough enough to trap the microscopic particles generated by welding. One of the biggest headaches with fume extractors is clogged filters reducing suction. Miller solved this with an automatic cleaning cycle. Every time you turn the machine off, it uses a pulse of compressed air to blow the dust off the filter from the inside out.
