Shield-Bright 308L is designed specifically for welding stainless steel alloys such as type 304L. Additionally, it is suitable for welding types 301, 302, and 304 steels. In certain conditions where the temperature does not exceed 750°F (399°C), it can also be used for welding types 321 and 347.
