When you are out in the field or working on a repair job where the metal isn't shiny and new, the Bonarc E6011 is the rod you reach for. Known as a "fast-freeze" rod, this 2.5mm stick electrode is a workhorse for maintenance and farm repairs. It doesn't care if the steel is rusty, painted, galvanized, or greasy—the forceful arc digs right through the crud to get good fusion into the base metal. It’s the ultimate problem-solver for equipment repairs where you can't spend hours grinding everything clean.

The 2.5mm size (roughly 3/32") is perfect for general purpose work. It's small enough to handle thinner steel without blowing holes through it, but carries enough heat to get deep penetration on thicker brackets and frames.
