Take command of your jobsite with the Miller Trailblazer 330 EFI, the most technologically advanced engine-driven welder in its class. This powerhouse (Model 907832004) is not just a welder; it is a complete mobile workstation designed to keep your operation running smoothly and profitably. By combining Miller's legendary arc quality with cutting-edge fuel-saving technologies and remote control capabilities, the Trailblazer 330 ensures you spend more time working and less time managing equipment.
Stop wasting time walking back and forth to your truck. With the included Wireless Interface Control (WIC), you have complete authority over your machine right from the weld joint. Whether you need to switch from Stick to TIG, fine-tune your voltage, or shut down the engine to take a break, you can do it all remotely. This feature alone can save hours of non-productive travel time per week, while also reducing jobsite clutter by eliminating control cords.
Profitability is driven by efficiency. The Trailblazer 330's EFI engine and Auto-Speed technology automatically adjust engine RPM to match the load, ensuring you never burn more fuel than necessary. With Excel Power, you can run grinders and lights at idle, further slashing fuel costs and jobsite noise. Plus, the built-in battery charger and jump starter mean you never have to worry about a dead truck battery halting your progress. This machine is built to keep your entire fleet moving.
Weighing in at just 400 lbs, the Trailblazer 330 is over 80 lbs lighter and 13% smaller than previous models, freeing up valuable payload space in your truck. Despite its compact size, it delivers a massive 12,000 watts of peak generator power and a smooth, stable welding arc that professionals trust. From structural steel to pipe fabrication, the Trailblazer 330 EFI is the reliable partner you need for the toughest jobs.

Good Welder
Working as expected to build fencing and misc. repairs.
Poor representation
Didn't get my cover and 1k rebate. Thanks
Amazing machine !
Wouldn't ask for any better for a gas powered machine
I would purchase miller products any time.
Very satisfied with machine.
I world but this again
Great product. Works awesome with spool gun
Yes
It welds like a dream
Bang not worth the buck. Biggest disappointment!
The machine runs great when it runs. The machine has not ran longer than 2 hrs since I've purchased it and now has a total of 40. I bought a brand new machine to get away from problems but it has been nothing but an inconvenience since the day of purchase. I haven't had time to take it to a service center and when I called miller directly the service tech was a bit of a donkey. I don't recommend purchasing this machine as everyone I've spoke with have experienced similar problems. I have been a miller man for years but after this purchase and experience I have been leaning in a red direction.

Poor fuel pumps…. Great welder
Machine welds great and has awesome features. I won't by another with a kohler engine though. Troublesome fuel pumps that cost a lot. Miller needs to find a more reliable engine option for their gas machines. I will be switching to a diesel in the future.
Absolutely recommend
Great machine
